The Maybach of fried chicken has stunned its own creator, Chef Eric Huang, once again. A former chicken and waffles skeptic, Huang never saw the point of combining the two, let alone with his flawlessly engineered chili fried chicken. But after giving it a try, he’s made it live, and it might just be a temporary remedy for seasonal depression. The crispiest, juiciest fried chicken you could possibly imagine, dipped in spicy duck fat, comes in two pieces on an apple honey, miso butter waffle or as a waffle sandwich starting this Saturday. Ace’s Pizza x S&P

Ace’s Pizza and S&P Lunch will be hybridizing food like dinosaurs at the Jurassic World lab next Friday. The world premiere of Latke-rella Sticks and Tuna Melt Pizza is going down on Driggs Avenue.
