What’s the drop?
An Emmy Squared Pizza collab with Celebrity Chef Marcus Samuelsson whom you will recognize from TV shows Top Chef, No Passport Required, and his successful New York City restaurant ventures including Aquavit, Red Rooster, and Streetbird at Yankee Stadium. The dish is true to its name and storefront; square-shaped pizza with crispy chicken, housemade red sauce, julienned collard greens, calabrian chili, pecorino cheese, and Streetbird Honey. It recently dropped for limited time, so go try it before it’s gone!

When one of America's top celebrity chefs & a NYC staple square pie joint come together to "INNOV8it", a special dish like this is born and you should be part of history in trying it out. Samuelsson imparts two of Red Rooster’s signature dishes into this creation; the crispy chicken adjacent to the famous Yardbird, and collard greens; a staple of any table at the restaurant.

Dominique Ansel Bakery (SoHo)

If you have, well, that sweet and savory twist of homemade blueberry jam and sweet corn ganache is sure to push you into an entranced state where if you’re asked to describe the flavor, “summer” is all you could say. Eat this dish to directly increase your bakery XP. Only Available in July!
