Next Wednesday, they will be popping up at Wandering Barman, a Williamsburg cocktail bar offering five flashy cocktail pairings to match each course of food. In an interview with New Jersey Digest, Gayon remarked that Five Tastes’ inspiration begins with seasonality and using ingredients that are at their natural peak, so you can expect this five-course meal to be a catalog of end of Summer/early Fall flavors.
