The Blarney Burger
Hell’s Kitchen, UWS // All March
They say if you kiss the Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle outside of Cork, Ireland, you’re awarded with great eloquence. Perhaps the same could be said for 5 Napkin Burger’s March drop, The Blarney Burger, when it invariably shakes your hangover off. This cheddar cheese smash burger not only gives a nod to Irish legend, but also Irish cuisine with beer-braised corned beef, stout mustard, and cabbage slaw. There’s nothing more St. Patrick’s Day than freshening up with some corned beef and providing yourself with a delicious base before you start drinking again. Boozy Shamrock Shake Doughnut

Leslie Polizotto’s doughnut workshop is adult-ifying undeniable nostalgia this weekend with this bourbon-vanilla glazed old fashioned that transforms the Shamrock Shake into a doughnut. Last week, we got to see Leslie and her team in R&D action and we can confirm some type of magic is at work at The Doughnut Project, so keep your eye out for a rainbow and a pot of gold. Tap the shamrock below for all the info.

The Boiis Co.
Lower East Side // 3.18
The Boiis are back for their first pop-up of 2023 at Southeast inside The Market Line. The Filipino-owned bakery is known for their mochi-laced desserts, most notably cookies which are known as ‘mooks’ that come in flavors of ube, matcha, salted caramel, and their latest drop cherry blossom just in time for Spring. They will be revealing another riveting drop on Saturday; butter mochi squares. Pull-apart cherry blossom mochi pastries that resemble brownies but a bit sexier.
