Must-Eat Food Pop-Ups & Drops in NYC 7.1-7.8

Happy Independence Day! On July 4, we’ll be celebrating 247 years since the Declaration of Independence was adopted by Continental Congress and that liberating spirit reminds us of NYC’s bold, free-thinking chefs who operate their own pop-ups and drop exciting new dishes on the regular. This week, a star-studded block party, the stars and stripes on a doughnut and a couple of unhinged collabs highlight the Must-Eats.

As always, this article is just a small taste of the pop-ups and drops you can find in the 8it app. Hit the green button at the bottom of this article to explore the 8it app.
