Corima
Park Slope // 11.15-11.19

What’s the drop?
Former Contra sous chef Fidel Caballero will grace the kitchen at Winner this week only with his concept Corima. The last time we went to this pop-up, we found love in their small plates; and we’ve been hopelessly chasing the way they made us feel ever since. Expect no less at this edition. If you’re ready for an exhilarating gastronomic one-night-stand, go check it out. We’ll keep tabs on the elusive Fidel to make sure you don’t miss the next one 😉 Tap the flaming heart below for all the deets.

Bronx Night Market
Fordham // 11.19

What’s the drop?
Over 50 food and drink vendors worth braving the cold, including lords of lechon Patok by Rach, will set up at Fordham Plaza for the season finale of Bronx Night Market this Saturday. It’s worth noting that despite the name, this event takes place mostly during the afternoon from 1-7PM. You can feast on pretty much anything your heart desires in the BX. Tap the X below for all the info.

Baked Brie & Cranberry Tart Doughnut
West Village // 11.18-11.20

What’s the drop?
We get it, you make the sexiest cheese boards this side of the Atlantic, but it’s time to take a break and let a doughnut do the work for you instead. The Doughnut Project is turning a vessel of fried dough into a whole cheese board this weekend in collaboration with Bedford Cheese Shop. Mon Père Baked Brie oozes into the center of the doughnut, which is topped stylishly with cranberry relish and rosemary. Tap the cheese below for all the info.

Ăn Xôi
LES // 11.19

What’s the drop?
A Vietnamese sticky rice pop-up by a Saigonese chef who learned to cook during the pandemic as a way to archive family recipes. They’ll be setting up shop on Forsyth Street this weekend. Toppings for the stunning, colorful rice dishes will include shaved mung beans, stir-fired seitan, char siu pork, pâté, pork floss, and more. According to an Instagram post, the flame of this pop-up was ignited by the chef’s remarkable comeback story. Tap the rice bowl below for all the info.

Franksgiving
UES, Greenwich Village // 11.21-11.27

What’s the drop?
This turkey hot dog by Quality Eats might just prove Thanksgiving obsolete. Not only is it available for three days before and three days after the yearly day of feast, it’s also topped with cranberry sauce cleverly disguised as ketchup and served with turkey gravy disco fries. We’re not saying you should forego Thanksgiving entirely, but if you happen to be in a time crunch next Thursday is this the more efficient option? Absolutely. Tap the hot dog below to get the deets on Thanksgiving in a frank.
